MISSION STATEMENT

Historical

We aim to locate, survey and dive historical wrecks in order to resurrect and catalogue their rich histories for the benefit of future generations.

Legal

To be focused on historic wreck sites naturally means to be focused on finding cannon sites. Ships that were armed with cannons were not only military vessels but also merchant vessels fitted with cannons so that they could defend there highly valuable cargoes against foreign warring powers and pirates.
In our searches and locations of historical wrecks, it’s inevitable that we will come across valuable cargo. Our legal approach to this situation is simply to facilitate such cargo being reunited with its legal owner(s).
Clearly, this will be mutually beneficial to all parties as we would be able to negotiate a fair finders fee and the owners of the lost cargo would effectively have the windfall of the substantial amount of the returned cargo.

Fundraising

We are currently active this season on the water with one 10 metre catermeran utilising proven and capable wreck location and survey technology which has already located many notables wrecks. We are looking for funding so that we can purchase and deploy another vessel and upgrade our existing technology equipment to reduce area search times.

Ecological

When we inspect wreck targets of interest on the sea floor, more often than not we will come across debris caused by commercial fishing activity. It’s an important part of our declared mission to remove such debris wreck by wreck in order to improve the ecology of the ocean.

SEA OPERATIONS

Our head of sea ops, Nigel Hodge of Multibeam Services Ltd is out on the water (May 2025) actively searching for the Merchant Royal. Nigel will also be surveying the wreck of the original HMS Victory in the English Channel - which predates Lord Nelson’s Victory.
Both will be filmed in a documentary presented and narrated by Jason Fox of the ‘Who Dares Wins’ TV show. Himself, a trained and experienced technical diver from his special forces days in the Special Boat Service.

sponsorship

We believe we can provide valuable brand exposure to the right sponsorship partners. This can be achieved through our existing media links that have already announced internationally that Nigel Hodge intends to search for the Merchant Royal. But also through the inherent media value of the subject matter content in the film documentary.

investment

We are imminently going to be applying for HMRC’s Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS) and the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS). We believe we can achieve viable revenue streams for a realistic return for our investors through the media product and salvage rewards from cargoes owners, as well as substantial tax reduction incentives.
